IT时代网9月10日消息，在9月9日举行的京东全球科技探索者大会上，京东发布面向企业的京东百灵数字员工，提出以可交付结果的数字生产力重塑企业劳动力结构，面向高人力投入、高重复度及复杂流程的业务场景提供数字劳动力。

　　首批亮相的数字员工涵盖访谈调研、外呼、客服、资产管理四大方向，均支持开箱即用、按结果交付。据介绍，相关数字员工已实现人工成本降低50%、持案量提升5倍、用户研究效率提升10倍、营销ROI提升10倍等可量化成果。

　　京东科技副总裁刘洋表示，产业需要的不是又一个演示，而是可规模化交付、可评估回报的新生产力。京东百灵数字员工以Agent Loop为核心框架自主决策，并通过零代码方式连接企业现有系统，将京东在零售、金融、物流等行业积累的经验沉淀为专业技能，在业务运行中持续学习迭代。
