Salesforce (CRM) said Thursday it has entered into a multiyear partnership with the International Chess Federation, or FIDE, making it the title sponsor and technological partner of the organization.

The company said it will use its Agentforce 360 portfolio, including Slack and Data 360, to unify every layer of the organization's operations, player rankings, and fan connections onto a single platform.

The collaboration will introduce an AI-powered Chess Concierge Agent that will provide information on ratings, rules, and live tournament status in any language, Salesforce said.

The partnership covers the 2026 and 2028 world championship matches, the 2027 women's match, and the world rankings, the company said.
