USA Compression Partners (USAC) said Wednesday it has priced a private placement of $600 million of 6.75% senior unsecured notes due 2035 at par.
Proceeds from the offering, which is expected to close on Sept. 18, will be used to repay outstanding borrowings under the company's credit agreement, as well as cover fees and expenses related to the offering.
