BBOT Reports BBO-8520 Data in NSCLC, Highlights Combination Results

BridgeBio Oncology Therapeutics (BBOT) said Tuesday BBO-8520 plus pembrolizumab showed a 75% objective response rate at 500 mg once daily and 53% across dose levels in KRASG12C inhibitor-experienced NSCLC patients.
BBO-8520 monotherapy showed a 63% objective response rate and 100% disease control rate in second-line or later KRASG12C inhibitor-naive NSCLC patients. Of 28 patients eligible for six-month follow-up, 75% remained on treatment for more than six months.
The company said BBO-8520 was generally tolerable and manageable, with no grade 3 liver enzyme elevations reported in the monotherapy cohort.
