金吾财经 | 安进（AMGN）公布，双特异性T细胞衔接器Imdelltra联合阿斯利康（AZN）PD-L1抑制剂英飞凡（Imfinzi），在广泛期小细胞肺癌的后期临床试验中实现总生存期延长。这家加州生物制药企业披露III期DeLLphi-305研究中期数据，该试验达成广泛期小细胞肺癌患者总生存期（OS）主要终点。广泛期小细胞肺癌占全球每年新发肺癌病例的13%-15%。安进表示，Imdelltra目前已在美国获批，用于成人广泛期小细胞肺癌的后线治疗；本次新数据显示该药物具备向更早治疗线拓展的潜力。该项全球试验评估该组合作为一线维持治疗，受试者既往接受过包含英飞凡的治疗且病情未发生进展。研究同时达成无进展生存期、客观缓解率两项次要终点。全部终点均取得具备统计学及临床意义的改善，联用方案整体耐受性与两款单药已知安全性表现保持一致，未观察到新增安全风险。
