记者日前从南方电网贵阳供电局获悉，贵阳市花果园特大型社区10千伏线路馈线组自动化改造工程正稳步推进，目前已完成多个馈线组的改造调试，整体建设按计划实施。
据介绍，该工程是贵阳市配电网智能化升级的一项重点项目，旨在破解高密度城区供电瓶颈。
花果园社区高层楼宇密集，用电负荷常年处于高位，部分区域长期依赖物业自管配电设施，设备监控手段有限，故障抢修耗时较长。为从源头解决问题，贵阳供电局依托政企协作机制，接收原属物业管理的配电资产，同步启动10千伏馈线组自动化改造，对花果园社区原有10千伏馈线进行升级，打造“手拉手”环网供电模式。
改造完成后，花果园社区10千伏线路的智能开关与故障指示器将实现协同联动，实时捕捉线路异常。一旦发生短路或接地故障，系统能够自动研判、隔离故障区段，并通过联络开关为非故障区段恢复供电，整个过程无需人工干预。供电方式从“被动抢修”向“主动自愈”转变，系统可在数秒内完成故障隔离和非故障区域复电，停电影响范围将得到有效控制。这是配电网首次在花果园区域具备自主决策能力。
施工期间，为减少对居民生活的影响，贵阳供电局采用负荷转供不停电作业方式，通过配网合环转供，将待改造线路的用电负荷转移至相邻线路。即便施工现场线路接驳繁忙，居民家中的空调依然运转，商户冷柜也未受影响，区域供电未发生中断。
下一步，贵阳供电局将继续推进剩余馈线组改造和智能化升级。工程全面竣工后，花果园区域配网自愈能力将得到提升，供电稳定性进一步增强。
