路透香港9月11日 - 投行瑞银称，中国在内需持续释放潜力的背景下，政策制定者日益将入境旅游视为带动新增消费的重要引擎；在此情况下，该行预测2040年中国入境旅游收入将达到4,700亿美元，约占全球市场的15%。
瑞银证券中国休闲及交通运输研究主管陈欣表示：
中国免签证国家数量较2023年以前水平增长188%，预计2025-2040年国际航班运力将增加约150%，反映出旅行时间和成本效率改善
预测中国入境旅游收入于2025至2040年间年均增长8.9%，高于国内旅游的4.8%
入境旅游对GDP贡献比例料由约0.65%升至2040年的1.5%以上
住宿、餐饮及购物占入境游消费比重，料由2019年的51%升至2040年的78%；机场、酒店、高端购物中心及OTA或较受惠
