ChainCatcher 消息，CoinGecko 在其最新发布的 RWA 报告中表示，合成型 IPO 前市场已开始成为传统 IPO 的有效估值指标，链上永续合约能够在交易所正式开盘前，为热门未上市公司提供连续的价格发现和市场情绪锚点。
报告以 SpaceX 和长鑫存储（CXMT）为例称，SpaceX 上市前，各平台永续合约价格曾在 158 至 170 美元之间波动，随后逐步收敛至 157.40 美元附近；当其在 Nasdaq 的首笔成交价落在 150.05 美元时，双方偏差约为 4.9%。CXMT 上市前的永续合约价格与实际开盘价偏差也约为 4.6%。
CoinGecko 认为，在缺乏真实现货股票作为即时套利锚点的情况下，交易者仍会围绕估值、上市热度和未来流动性形成相对集中的报价。链上 Pre-IPO 永续合约将因此成为传统订单簿开放前的重要参考价格，也为全球投资者提供了 24 小时表达多空预期的渠道。
