智通财经APP讯，赛晶科技(00580)公布，于2026年9月9日，嘉善赛晶、赛晶半导体、武汉朗德及其他合资方订立投资合作协议，据此，合资方将成立注册资本为人民币2000万元的合资公司，其中嘉善赛晶、赛晶半导体及武汉朗德(均为公司附属公司)将按其各自于合资公司的股权比例共同出资合共人民币500万元(占合资公司股权的25%)。
合资公司主要从事高性能TPU AI芯片以及行业推理产品(包括定制化AI加速卡、边缘推理工控机、高性能AI工作站以及行业大模型一体机)的研发、生产及销售。
公司通过成立合资公司共同投资高性能TPU AI芯片相关业务，一方面可实现合资方在芯片业务的管理经验和专业知识的优势互补;另一方面可助力集团在AI领域的业务拓展升级，扩大集团的产业布局，并巩固集团的竞争力。
