【恒瑞医药：瑞普泊肽注射液上市申请获国家药监局受理】恒瑞医药公告称，公司子公司福建盛迪医药收到国家药监局《受理通知书》，瑞普泊肽注射液药品上市许可申请获受理，拟定适应症为成人2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制。该药品为恒瑞自主研发的GLP-1和GIP双激动剂，两项关键Ⅲ期临床研究显示，瑞普泊肽注射液4mg组HbA1c平均降幅达2.67%-2.78%，相比司美格鲁肽注射液1mg组主要终点均达到非劣效，其中4mg组降糖效果优效。截至目前，相关项目累计研发投入约7.46亿元。
