路透伦敦9月9日 - 据三家负责管理此次交易的银行透露，亚马逊 AMZN.O 周三首次发售英镑债券，此时正值超大规模科技公司争相通过多种货币筹集资金，以支持人工智能热潮。
根据这些银行发送的一份备忘录，亚马逊将此次发行的初步定价指导区间设定为：3年期债券较英国国债高出约70个基点，6年期债券高出约90个基点，12年期债券高出约105个基点，19年期债券高出约110个基点。
备忘录称，该债券将于周三晚些时候定价。
随着人工智能转型带来的巨额融资需求，亚马逊等超大规模科技企业今年正越来越多地在美国以外的市场发行债券 (link)，从欧元到瑞士法郎再到日圆，以期实现融资渠道的多元化。
