智通财经APP讯，速腾聚创(02498)公布，于2026年9月10日，公司的间接全资附属公司深圳速腾拟向深圳市曦元机器人有限公司出售目标业务及资产，总现金代价为人民币5987.8万元。预期公司将因建议出售事项取得净收益约人民币3790万元。
目标业务及资产包括(i)集团于具身机器人整机的研发、制造及销售业务的权益;及(ii)该等业务所涉及的资产，主要包括与具身机器人整机的开发相关的知识产权(如专利及版权)、存货、电脑及服务器、生产设备及工具、相关设计及开发所用消耗性原材料。
于建议出售事项完成后，该集团将专注推进其长期战略计划，在激光雷达品类产品之外，开发为具身机器人制造商提供重大及关键的增量零部件。公司亦预期，在建议出售事项完成后，该集团将成为买方的零部件供应商之一。
