燧原科技创立于 2018 年 3 月，与摩尔线程、沐曦股份和壁仞科技合称为“国产 GPU 四小龙”。成立近 8 年来，燧原科技自研迭代了四代架构 5 款云端 AI 芯片，构建了 AI 芯片、AI 加速卡及模组、智算系统及集群和 AI 计算及编程软件平台的完整产品体系，目前已成为我国云端 AI 芯片领军企业之一。
根据此前发布的招股书，燧原科技预计募集资金总额 61.19 亿元，此次募资资金用于第五代和第六代 AI 芯片系列产品的研发及产业化项目，以及先进人工智能软硬件协同创新项目，三个项目分别拟投入募集资金金额约 15.03 亿元、11.97 亿元和 33 亿元。
