DeepSeek表示，V4.1 Flash采用“因果编码器-解码器”架构，其拥有5520亿个参数，但每次运行时只会激活其中很小一部分，远低于体量更大的V4-Pro所需的激活规模。在基准测试中，新模型在编程和智能体任务方面的表现超过V4-Pro，但仍落后于Anthropic和OpenAI的旗舰模型。
