* 该公司周日宣布完成50亿美元融资，包括约20亿美元股份配售及约30亿美元可转债发行，此次融资主要用于下一代GLM模型、完全自训练体系及相关算力基础设施等。
智谱表示，本次募资净额的约60%将用于下一代GLM基础模型及完全自训练（Fully Self Training）体系的研发及相关算力基础设施等。另有15%募资资金用于业务扩张计划；剩余资金用于优化资本结构、补充日常运营流动资金以及其他一般企业用途。（完）
