消息面上，9月11日，俊知集团宣布，拟斥4.55亿元收购青海中利光纤技术有限公司100%股权。公开资料显示，目标公司为西部唯一集光纤预制棒、光纤研发生产于一体的高新技术企业，拥有美国ASI商用OVD轴向沉积成套设备及国家级专精特新“小巨人”资质，产品已获三大运营商及泰尔认证。
光大证券指出，标的公司具有较强光棒&光纤生产能力，能够快速拥抱数据中心光纤需求；光纤价格持续走高，光棒扩产刚性锁定供需缺口，关注具备棒纤缆一体化产能的头部厂商；本次收购如顺利落地，有望补齐集团“光棒-光纤-光缆”产业链布局，打开AI算力相关光纤产品增量空间。
