【依顿电子：拟9990万元参设PCB产业生态投资基金】依顿电子公告称，公司作为有限合伙人与上海一元航天私募基金管理有限公司共同组建印制电路板产业生态股权投资基金，基金规模1亿元，其中公司认缴出资9990万元，占基金认缴份额的99.9%。近期双方正式签署《依顿奎速股权投资基金合伙企业合伙协议》，该基金主要投资于PCB产业生态，目前已完成工商登记及中国证券投资基金业协会备案。
