UDR's (UDR) 2026 funds from operations estimate was lowered by Truist due to several non-recurring expenses recorded in Q2, the brokerage said in a Monday note.

The investment firm lowered its 2026 FFO estimate to $2.49 per share from $2.50. The estimate remains within management's $2.47 to $2.55 guidance range.

Truist raised its 2026 normalized FFO estimate to $2.52 per share from $2.49, excluding other charges. It also raised its 2027 FFO estimate by a penny per share to $2.54 from $2.53. However, the estimate was still below the $2.59 consensus.

The investment firm expects UDR's normalized FFO to grow at an average annual rate of 1% over the next five years.
