金吾财讯 | 据港交所9月13日文件，深圳市欢创科技股份有限公司通过港交所上市聆讯，中金公司、国信证券（香港）担任联席保荐人。公司聚焦扫地机器人空间感知零部件业务，构建智能空间感知软硬件体系，产品矩阵涵盖三角测距激光雷达、dTOF激光雷达、线激光传感器，自成立累计出货超3900万台，2025年激光雷达、线激光传感器出货分别超1000万台、500万台，为扫地机器人行业前五企业供货，同时还布局了割草机器人、人形机器人等新赛道。股东层面，王健、周琨、刘屹及欢创投资等主体为一致行动人，合计控制公司约31.2%表决权，为单一最大股东集团。公司本次递表前已完成多轮融资，东方富海、前海方舟资产等机构参与投资。根据聆讯后资料数据，2023-2025年公司营收分别为3.32亿元、4.33亿元、6.14亿元；年内利润分别为-88.3万元、-3137.5万元、220.1万元；研发费用分别为5461.9万元、7669.5万元、5936.7万元。截至2026年3月31日，公司期末现金及现金等价物达2631.4万元。本次募集资金拟用于增强研发能力、提升制造能力，剩余部分用作营运资金及一般公司用途。
