金吾财讯 | 美股存储概念股集体上攻，截至发稿，西部数据（WDC）涨3.72%，SK海力士（SKHY）涨2.69%，希捷科技（STX）涨2.23%，慧荣科技（SIMO）涨1.80%，Rambus（RMBS）涨0.77%，美光科技（MU）涨0.56%，闪迪（SNDK）涨0.10%。消息面上，花旗新近发布研报称，随着AI从单纯的训练与推理阶段迈入“持续学习”时代，HBM、服务器DDR5及企业级固态硬盘（eSSD）的需求将从2027年起同步爆发性增长。花旗预计，DRAM供需比（S/D ratio）将在2027年和2028年分别恶化至-8.7%和-9.7%，NAND同期供需比亦将跌至-6.1%和-5.5%，供需失衡态势料持续延伸至2031年。花旗提到，在需求急速攀升的同时，供给端受制于HBM产能占用和技术迁移放缓，扩产步伐远落后于需求。花旗据此预计，2027年全球内存资本支出将同比大增46.5%至804亿美元，但受制于产能建设的漫长交期，即便大规模投资也难以填补供需缺口。
