Crest Builder's Subsidiary Bags New Contract Worth Nearly MYR57 Million

CBTECH (M), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Crest Builder Holdings (KLSE:CRESBLD) has secured a contract worth 56.9 million ringgit from Pesona Metro, according to a Tuesday filing to the Malaysian stock exchange.

Under the pact, CBTECH has been nominated as the subcontractor for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical services for the proposed commercial development phase 1A of a retail mall and office tower at Daerah Petaling in Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.

The sub-contract will start on Sept. 1, and it is scheduled to complete the project by March 17, 2028.

The contract is expected to contribute positively to the group's earnings for the financial years ending Dec. 31 and onwards.
