路透哥本哈根9月15日 - 四位知情人士表示，在土耳其航空 THYAO.IS 因发动机维护纠纷威胁要退出这笔备受瞩目的交易后，波音公司 BA.N 即将敲定一笔推迟已久的150架737 MAX客机订单。
这笔交易是去年土耳其总统塔伊普·埃尔多安与美国总统唐纳德·特朗普会晤后宣布的225架飞机采购计划的一部分。据其中三位知情人士透露，此前因土耳其航空要求就发动机维护达成工业合作协议而产生分歧，导致该交易一度搁置，但目前已重回正轨，可能于下周签署。
波音公司以及由通用电气航空（GE Aerospace）和法国赛峰集团（Safran）共同持有的发动机制造商CFM GE.NSAF.PA 均拒绝置评。土耳其航空尚未立即回应置评请求。
