Hua Hong Semiconductor (SHA:688347, HKG:1347) said Shanghai IC Fund acquired 30.8 million of the company's domestic shares, or 5.14% of total domestic shares.
The acquisition stems from Hua Hong Semiconductor's share issuance to purchase 97.50% equity in Shanghai Huali Microelectronics from four shareholders, according to a weekend filing with the Shanghai bourse.
