Changzhou Fusion New Material (SHA:688503) committed 300 million yuan as a limited partner in a semiconductor materials fund, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The investment is equivalent to 31.58% of the 950 million yuan Shanghai Guoju Tonghui Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership fund.
