ChainCatcher 消息，自称“链上央行”的 The Standard Reserve 将于 9 月 14 日上线，并公布创世铸造安排。Genesis Charters 白名单铸造窗口为美东时间 17:30 至 20:30（北京时间 9 月 15 日 5:30 至 10:30），流动性费用 0.15 ETH；结束后剩余 Genesis Charters 进入 30 分钟降价荷兰拍卖模式，起拍价 1.25 ETH、下限为 0.15 ETH。铸造所得 100% 进入初始流动性与协议金库，团队不分成。
铸造结束后官方将注入流动性并开放 STANDARD 代币交易，首小时设临时反狙击税，起始 90% 并指数衰减，大部分在前 5 分钟衰减，税费进入协议；1 小时后将恢复常规交易费用。交易开启同时将启动 Charter 排放，并拍卖 100 个分行牌照（以 STANDARD 支付、荷兰拍卖方式）。
