【杭叉集团：前次可转债募投项目已全部结项】杭叉集团公告称，公司前次公开发行可转债募集资金净额11.39亿元，募投项目包括年产6万台新能源叉车建设项目、研发中心升级建设项目、集团信息化升级建设项目、营销网络及叉车体验中心建设项目，均于2024年3月达到预定可使用状态并已结项。其中年产6万台新能源叉车项目累计实现效益21.02亿元，达到预计效益。截至2026年6月30日，节余募集资金2.67亿元已永久补充流动资金，募集资金专户均已注销。
