Zhonggan Communication's (HKG:2545) Chief Financial Officer Zhou Zhiqiang resigned effective Tuesday to devote more time to his responsibilities as an executive Director.
The telecom infrastructure services provider, on the same day, named Guan Xin as its new CFO.
Guan joined the group in July 2022 as financial manager.
