Xiamen Amoytop Biotech (SHA:688278) will invest 100 million yuan as a limited partner in an artificial intelligence fund, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The Tianjin Lisi Xingshen Equity Investment Partnership, a fund that will invest in early- to mid-stage unlisted companies in artificial intelligence-related fields, aims to raise at least 3 billion yuan.
Director Lan Bolin also plans to contribute 200 million yuan to the partnership.
