沙特一处为延布港提供输送能力的重要管道遭无人机袭击后被迫关停，亚洲炼油商目前正等待将于该红海港口提取的石油船货的相关明确信息。
参与相关沟通的交易商透露，已有至少四家炼油厂询问设施运行状态，但至今没有收到官方回复。交易商表示，沙特销售部门高管同样没有答复外界关于东西输油管道受损情况的问询。
交易商称，由于尚未收到延期通知，其中两家炼油商预计仍将按计划提取货物。

沙特阿美于周五对外公布，因遭遇来自伊拉克的无人机袭击，作为预防性措施，已关停这条连接内陆油田与红海的输油管道。此番基础设施遇袭标志着冲突进一步升级，在此之前，伊朗支持的胡塞武装也一直在袭击沙特能源设施，并在也门抢占地盘。
美伊冲突已经制约了霍尔木兹海峡的石油出口，这使得延布港以及东西输油管道对沙特政府而言变得愈发重要。冲突爆发后的大部分时间里，沙特通过该港口每日外运约500万桶原油；但自7月末胡塞武装宣布对沙特港口实施封锁、并开始袭击红海船只之后，该港口运量降至原先的一半左右。
能源分析机构Kpler建模高级经理苏米特·里托利亚表示：“多条关键石油运输通道本已承压，沙特东西输油管道关停，进一步压缩了亚洲炼油商的路线调配空间。供应多元化虽能降低供应中断风险，但当多条主要石油通道同时面临压力时，多元化无法完全抵消成本上涨带来的冲击。”
