金吾财讯 | 意法半导体（STM）宣布推出新款110万像素汽车舱内红外图像传感器——ST Safe Sense VD56GA。该产品旨在帮助主机厂（OEM）和一级供应商（Tier1）在确保性能的前提下大幅降低系统成本，推动驾驶员及乘员监控系统（DMS/OMS）加速下沉至大批量生产的大众车型。据介绍，该传感器采用全新的背照式ST DeepNIR像素技术。与上一代产品相比，其红外量子效率提升近60%，光学调制传递函数（MTF）锐度提升35%，大幅改善了复杂车内红外环境下的成像质量。D56GA采用3.7mmx3.2mm CSP极小封装，非常适合空间受限的舱内隐蔽式安装；同时支持RAW和YUV两种数据输出格式，可灵活适配不同的电子电气架构。意法半导体影像子集团副总裁表示：“舱内感知正在走出高端豪华车的专享范畴，车企急需兼具高性能与高性价比的方案。”目前，意法半导体Safe Sense系列汽车图像传感器的累计出货量已突破1000万颗。新款VD56GA样品现已面向全球客户开放申请。
