消息面上，近期，心玮医疗公布2026年中期业绩公告。2026年上半年，公司实现收入2.9亿元，同比增长56.9%；净利润6,036.5万元，同比增长18.5%；经调整净利润约7,036.7万元，同比增长105.9%。2026年上半年，公司缺血性卒中业务收入继续保持稳定增长。重点产品颅内血栓抽吸导管新增植入医院约200家，产品植入量较上年同期增长超3倍。
值得关注的是，心玮医疗计划于2026年下半年向上海证券交易所提交首次公开发行A股并在科创板上市的申请，预计拟募集资金规模约5亿元，预计发行比例约15%，并将继续根据公司经营情况及监管要求推进股票回购、现金分红等工作。中信建投表示，公司正稳步推进A股IPO进程，未来有望通过A股IPO上市进一步提升资本市场流动性，加速公司在全球市场的商业化布局。
