ChainCatcher 消息，TikTok 母公司字节跳动（ByteDance）与 28 家银行签署总额 296 亿美元的贷款协议，贷款机构包括汇丰银行与中国工商银行。这笔贷款期限为三年，最长可延长至五年，利率较基准利率高出 0.68 个百分点，是今年亚洲规模第二大的贷款，仅次于软银 3 月安排的 400 亿美元贷款。
据彭博社报道，字节跳动计划将这笔贷款用于一般公司用途，以推进其人工智能发展目标。该公司此前于 2024 年从约 20 家贷款机构借款 108 亿美元，此次贷款最初寻求的规模为 200 亿美元。字节跳动今年 2 月估值约为 5500 亿美元，彭博社 5 月报道称，该公司正考虑在 2026 年投入至多 700 亿美元用于数据中心及其他 AI 基础设施建设。
贷款消息发布之际，埃隆·马斯克、Anthropic 首席执行官达里奥·阿莫代伊与 OpenAI 首席执行官山姆·奥尔特曼呼吁放缓 AI 竞赛，表达对安全问题的担忧。此外，Bitcoin Suisse 的一份报告预测，美国最大的超大规模计算公司今年支出将超过 8000 亿美元，2027 年将超过 1 万亿美元。
