ChainCatcher 消息，供应链传出，台积电首次揭露明年 2／3 纳米扩产目标，2 纳米从今年底 9 万片增至明年中 11 万片，增幅 22%；3 纳米从今年底逾 18 万片增至明年中 21 万片，增幅逾 16%。台积电昨日不评论市场传闻，强调产能相关说明依公司公告为准。
据悉，台积电 3 纳米月产能去年底达 12 万至 13 万片，今年底扩至 18 万片，目标明年中逾 21 万片。2 纳米今年底月产能将达 9 万片。台积电先前表示，2026 年资本支出介于 600 亿美元至 640 亿美元，其中约 70% 至 80% 用于先进制程，并新增三座 3 纳米晶圆厂，分别位于台湾、美国亚利桑那州及日本，同时在台湾转换 5 纳米设备支援 3 纳米产能。
