路透香港9月14日 - 新加坡星展集团DBSM.SI的香港分支--星展银行（香港）周一发表调查结果显示，逾六成受访企业对营商前景感到乐观，但同时期望获得政府具针对性的支援，近半认为税务优惠及财政支援是最有效刺激投资及增长的措施。
63%的受访者对未来12至18个月香港企业的营商前景感到乐观或非常乐观
展望未来三至五年，53%的受访者将产品或服务创新视为首要策略重点，其次为成本优化及提升效率（46%），和提升客户体验（31%）
近半受访者（49%）认为，税务优惠及财政支援是最有效刺激企业投资及增长的措施，其次为促进跨境贸易及投资（40%）、支援创新及科技发展（35%），以及简化监管程序及审批流程（32%）
受访者认为北部都会区带来的主要机遇包括直接跨境协作及进入内地市场（30%），以及投资机会（29%）
企业虽然认同北部都会区的发展潜力，但仍需要更清晰的商业应用场景、参与途径及诱因
是次调查于今年8月6日至9月7日进行，访问了250名来自香港中小企及大中型企业的持有人及决策者
