智通财经APP讯，佰达国际控股(01949)发布公告，于2026年9月14日，买方(公司全资附属公司深圳天成新能云科技有限公司)拟向卖方(山东君联峰汇信息科技有限公司)收购128张高性能图形处理器(GPU)(设备)，总代价为人民币880.64万元。
为把握高性能运算市场机遇，并运用集团在IT基础设施及设备采购方面的经验及专业知识，集团拟透过建立运算资源，以供其IT解决方案及相关技术服务使用，从而发展及提升其技术服务能力。设备包括专业级GPU，将构成其IT解决方案及相关技术服务所使用的核心运算硬件的一部分。经内部评估及规划后，买方已订立协议，以收购设备并按有限规模展开该项提升。
