　　2026《财富》世界500强论坛于9月16日在广州举行。高盛首席中国经济学家闪辉表示，即使根据最保守的预测来看，2027年的AI基建投资也会超过今年的水平，“大家预测的峰值是出现在2028年甚至2029年，所以未来的12到18个月是不会放缓的，甚至会加速，特别是在AI基础设施方面”。

　　她强调，当前油价高企，且面临一定地缘政治风险，各地区的能源自给自足，防御系统、AI基础设施都需要加大投入，也就意味着资本支出。“因此，会看到新一波投资周期带领我们走向明年的进程”，闪辉。
