据一位知情人士透露，在一条替代霍尔木兹海峡的关键输油管道遭袭停运后，沙特阿拉伯正寻求进一步增加经海峡运输的石油供应。

　　这名因相关计划保密而不愿具名的知情人士表示，本月前10天，沙特经霍尔木兹海峡运输的石油已较8月增加，目前正寻求进一步提高供应。

　　沙特上周关闭了东西输油管道，在市场急需更多供应之际，该管道停运使每日数百万桶原油运输面临风险。

　　沙特阿美拒绝置评，沙特能源部表示，除了上周五发布的声明外没有更多内容可补充。

　　美联社周一援引两名地区官员报道称，被关闭的东西输油管道预计将停运数周。而美国能源部长赖特预计该管道“很快”就能恢复运行。

　　不过，要进一步增加经霍尔木兹海峡运输的原油，还必须应对船舶严重短缺的问题，这已将运费推升至纪录高位。沙特拥有庞大的油轮船队，但有时仍会额外租船以支持运输。上周五，从沙特波斯湾港口向中国运送原油的成本一度接近每天100万美元，为历史首次。

　　目前尚不清楚沙特阿美能够以多快速度、增加多少经霍尔木兹海峡的石油运输量，以弥补输油管道停运带来的缺口。

　　知情人士表示，9月初，沙特阿美已将原油总出口提高至接近每日400万桶，其中约100万桶经霍尔木兹海峡出口，其余则通过红海沿岸的延布港运输。

　　根据Vortexa和Kpler的油轮追踪数据汇总显示，沙特8月原油总出口已降至每日约300万桶，为至少九年来最低水平。
