PCCW (HKG:0008) and HKT (HKG:6823) completed the sale of a 9% stake in Regional Link Telecom Services for $209.5 million in cash.
The consideration was paid in full to HKT Group on Sept. 16, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.
Regional Link Telecom Services will remain an indirect subsidiary of HKT following the transaction, the companies had said in March.
