9月16日金融一线消息，2026年上海辖区上市公司集体接待日暨半年报业绩说明会于今日召开。谈及分红，上海银行党委副书记、副董事长、行长兼首席财务官、首席合规官施红敏表示，我行始终高度重视投资者回报，持续为股东创造价值，执行稳健持续的分红政策，不断提升投资者获得感。上市以来，我行已实施和宣布的普通股累计现金分红金额超过550亿元，超过IPO融资规模的5倍。
施红敏进一步表示，近年来，我行持续提升现金分红比例，并提高分红频次。2023年度、2024年度、2025年度现金分红比例分别为30.06%、31.22%、31.59%，在上市银行中处于较好水平。自2024年起首次实施中期分红，2024年中期分红和2025年中期分红比例分别为30.67%、32.22%；2026年中期分红方案已经董事会审议通过，现金分红比例32.05%。 根据股东回报规划（2026-2028年），2026-2028年度在资本充足率满足监管要求及利润分配政策规定情况下，我行平均每年以现金方式分配的股利不少于三年内实现的年均可分配利润的30%，为投资者创造稳定良好的投资回报。
