Daiwa Securities Living Investment to Raise 4.3 Billion Yen via Fifth, Sixth Series Bonds

Daiwa Securities Living Investment (TYO:8986) said it will issue a total of 4.3 billion yen of fifth- and sixth-series unsecured investment corporation bonds through a public offering, according to a Wednesday release.

The issue comprises 3.1 billion yen of fifth-series bonds carrying a 2.436% annual interest rate and 1.2 billion yen of sixth-series bonds with a 2.830% rate, with maturity due on Sept. 25, 2029, and Sept. 25, 2031, respectively.

The Japan-based real estate investment trust said that the proceeds will be used to repay 6 billion yen in existing borrowings due Dec. 30.
