智通财经APP获悉，香港保监局主席姚建华称，新一份港府施政报告提到，香港将进一步完善保险监管制度，构建多层次风险管理体系，香港保监局正积极开拓再保险及专属自保保险业务。
姚建华指出，香港保监局致力培育专属自保保险及保险相连证券生态圈，发展支援包括贵金属等大宗商品的专项保险，扩大“航运专项风险池”承保能力，并推进”人工智能促进计划”。亦会鼓励业界丰富跨境保险产品，深化与内地保险市场互联互通，充分发挥香港作为风险管理枢纽的战略功能。
他强调，香港保监局将配合《香港第一个五年规划》，落实深化监管协作、创造特殊风险管理工具、完善风险为本资本制度等举措，从而支持香港建设“四中心、一高地”，巩固其作为国际金融中心的竞争优势。
