9月16日金融一线消息，2026年上海辖区上市公司集体接待日暨半年报业绩说明会于今日召开。谈及息差，沪农商行董事长徐力表示，本行一贯重视对投资者的回报，不断增强投资者的获得感，自上市以来始终保持较高分红水平，2026年中期分红比例达34.07%，分红方案是结合盈利水平、资本规划审慎测算后确定，统筹平衡股东回报与资本安全。本行上半年核心一级资本充足率回落，主要是信贷投放、资产扩张带来资本正常消耗，目前核心一级资本充足率13.65%仍处于稳健区间，资本储备充足，能够充分满足监管要求与业务发展需要。
徐力强调，后续本行一方面持续做强内生资本积累，优化资产结构、压降高风险权重资产，降低资本耗用；另一方面也会动态评估各类资本补充工具的可行性，根据经营情况、市场环境择机考量，保持资本充足水平长期稳健。
