Lincotrade & Associates Unit to Acquire Opto-Pharm for SG$14 Million

Lincotrade & Associates (SGX:BFT) unit Linc-A agreed to acquire 100% of Opto-Pharm for SG$14.3 million, according to a Tuesday filing.
Opto-Pharm manufactures and distributes pharmaceutical ophthalmic and other solutions, and has a unit in China.
Deal completion is subject to conditions, including Jurong Town approval, due diligence and shareholder approval.
Lincotrade said the acquisition will allow the group to expand into the target's business and add manufacturing, warehousing and other industrial capacity.
