True North Copper Reports 35% Rise in Queensland Project's Resource

True North Copper (ASX:TNC) reported an updated consolidated mineral resource estimate of 11.2 million tonnes at 0.76% copper equivalent for the Mongoose-Taipan deposit, part of its Cloncurry copper project in Queensland, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The estimate represents a 35% increase in resource tonnes and a 49% increase in contained copper, per the filing.

The update adds 23,000 tonnes of contained copper and 19,000 ounces of gold, with the project's pre-feasibility study on track for late 2026, the filing added.
