【世龙实业：取得5400万元股票回购专项贷款承诺函】世龙实业9月15日公告，公司近日取得招商银行景德镇分行出具的《贷款承诺函》，贷款金额不超过5400万元，期限不超过36个月，专项用于回购公司股票。此前公司拟以自有资金和/或自筹资金回购股份，回购资金总额不低于3000万元且不超过6000万元，回购价格不超过16元/股。
