随着市场对一项关键的美国监管法案取得进展的乐观情绪消退，加密货币涨势停滞。
在预测平台Polymarket，《清晰法案》今年获得通过的概率于美国交易时段一度升至30%以上，但周二亚洲早盘时已回落至18%。比特币也从79，586美元的高点回落，截至新加坡时间11：36已跌破78，000美元。比特币约占所有加密货币总市值的60%。
美国参议员Mark Warner在国会大厦告诉记者，在《清晰法案》明天举行关键程序性表决之前，一群民主党谈判代表将向共和党人发送民主党方案。这项全面的加密货币监管法案已因党派争执拖了一年。由于美国参议院规则是多数法案须获得60票才能推进，该法案还需争取到若干民主党议员的支持，才可能进入最终表决。
“该法案在2026年签署成法的概率5月份时还高于70%，8月份跌至百分之十出头，周一又奔30%而去。这表明市场根本没有形成稳定判断，”BTC Markets分析师Rachael Lucas谈论预测市场显示的概率道。不过她表示，“民主党提出自己的方案，说明谈判仍在继续，而未破裂。”
