One Enterprise (SET:ONEE) and its content arm, GMM TV, established a new subsidiary, Studio Wabi Sabi, for content production and development, along with integrated artist management services, according to a Monday filing with the Thailand Exchange.
The studio has a registered capital of 7 million baht, held 51% by GMM TV and 49% by Siwaj Sawatmaneekul, a director at GMM TV.
