ChainCatcher 消息，美国众议院筹款委员会主席 Jason Smith 公布 114 页《数字资产税收确定性法案》（H.R. 10357），拟免除低于 10 美元的网络或交易费用税，并于 9 月 16 日上午 10 时举行委员会审议。法案规定，前一年转账次数超过 5000 次的用户不适用上述费用豁免。
另一项配套法案拟将数字资产纳入洗售规则及推定出售规则，但排除合格美元稳定币，预计 2026 至 2036 财年增加 20.74 亿美元收入。配套法案还拟允许矿工和质押者将新生成代币的收入递延至出售时确认，预计十年财政成本为 29.56 亿美元。委员会共和党议员正考虑删除相关条款，或将递延期限限制为五年。
