近日，交通银行与中证指数公司联合发布“中证交通银行长三角绿色债及科技主题债指数”，并由交银理财发行运用该指数的主题理财产品。本次指数编制和发布工作得到了上海证券交易所的大力支持和指导。
作为交通银行长三角系列主题债券指数之一，该指数融合科技创新、绿色发展和区域发展理念，聚焦长三角地区绿色和科技行业。指数成分券包含在交易所、银行间市场挂牌的绿色债券、科技创新债券及科技领域发行人发行的债券，发行主体评级AA+及以上，债券剩余期限1个月及以上、5年及以下，单只债券发行规模不低于3亿元。截至目前，指数样本债券共842只，涵盖327家债券发行主体，债券余额超8000亿元。
交通银行、上海证券交易所和中证指数公司作为沪上国有金融机构，共同肩负着做好金融“五篇大文章”，服务上海国际金融中心建设的重要使命。本次指数及相关理财产品的发布将有利于引导社会资金投向长三角绿色及科技领域，进一步提升重点领域金融产品服务水平。
