朗在曼谷举办的国际天然气技术大会上称，过去为美国墨西哥湾沿岸 LNG 项目提供融资的、与亨利港价格挂钩的传统 LNG 合同，“并非所有人都想要”。
他提到，部分买家不希望自身业务受该基准价格波动影响。传统合同在项目融资层面依旧十分重要，因为贷款机构偏好这类已经长期使用的标准化合约框架。
